This Saturday, we could finally run in small groups again together with Team Nordic Trail when TNT invited to the first test run of Ecotrail Stockholm.
Today I took a day off. A day off work. A rest day from running. As I recently have started another training program, todays schedule actually said 90 minutes in slow temp with a few burst of high speed, and in a way I really had time for it today but I choose not to.
