Sharing my trail running experience

This is me…

Or rather, this is part of me…

Or event better, this is more a short description of who I am, and why I’ve chosen to share my trail running experience on this blog.

As I was forced in to running during 2013 I had no idea that the running would change my life. I have with running got new friends, a real hobby, better self esteem, lost about 30 kg and gained so much experience.

Today I run almost every day, but only when I want to.

I eat healthy, trying to stick to plant based food. Since I started to eat vegan food now a few years (Yes, I fell for Game Changers as well) my body feels strong and better than ever. All my training and a big reduction in drinking stopping to drinking alcohol of course helps as well, but lets say vegan food is the reason.

This experience makes me happy. And hopefully it can make you happy as well, and perhaps inspire you to change your life. It’s much easier than one thing. One step at a time towards a healthier life.

As this blog develops, I will hopefully share more of me and my experience

Until then.
Run Healthy…

Kind regards,
Marcus

Friends and things on the Internet

I thought it would be nice to share some links to friends that share my interest in running. If you do have a blog or a running / training page, get in contact with me.

Daniel and his SweetRunning

Soon close to 15 years ago, I used to work with Daniel. We shared some of the passion for Internet and technology but that was about it. Years later we re-connected in the running tracks and now Daniel is a true BRF. Check out his blog to learn more about running!

Running is not just a sport; it’s a way of life. Running is more than getting your heart rate up and burning calories; it’s about transforming your body and mind. This and other tips you can read on https://innovativerunners.com

Thomas is a running friend who I got to know through Team Nordic Trail years ago and since then we’ve done several runs and TNT sessions together. Something else that he’s done for years is blogging. Check out his running blog (in Swedish).
