Running the MTB track in Ursvik

This has to be, my most common run.
Running the Ursvik MTB track is my preferred trail when I just need to head out for a quick run. Today I was only supposed to do 6k, to be on the line with my running goal for this week. But hey, what’s 2k more…
I took the run in a slow, controlled tempo and it felt easy the way through. To my surprise, it was a faster run than normal. It feels great to see the speed is picking up without me noticing.
