I’m back – A longer long run

Being unable to run for a week makes one (or at least me) think of primarily one thing. When to run next time? How to run next time? Can I ever run again?
During the last week I slowly ramped up and finished of strong with an long, long run on Billingen on Billingen in Skövde. I had planned to run the 58K Billingeleden but as I never started the GPS track I got lost on the marked trails. Lucky enough I had decided to meet up a friend out on the trails who managed to guide me correct again.
