Run 2 – Kista

We started our adventure in a beautiful area of Stockholm, up on the higher parts of Södermalm. How to improve for there?

Well, we decided not to. In the second run of We Run Stockholm, we headed to Kista. A suburban part, north of Stockholm. We started early 05.15 in order to be able to go out for an explorer run around a car park and be back home before it was time for all the daily chores. 

Starting the run early is always tough for the first steps, but it’s funny how quickly the body wakes up and awards you with a great feeling the rest of the day.

Kista, famous for being the Silicon Valley of the Sweden, or perhaps even Silicon Valley of Europe is a giant tech hub. Largest of them all in the area I guess is Ericsson. As an area to run  in, I hope to see many nicer areas than this when we run every street of Stockholm, but we have to start somewhere. 

Next We Run Stockholm run, we shall hopefully select something more scenic and in lighter conditions.
